FULL TIME: Annual Giving Manager
The Annual Giving Manager is an integral part of the Advancement team and is enthusiastically focused on raising support and building relationships for the RMHC of GC – and to have fun doing it. This position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) and works closely with the full advancement team to create new opportunities for success while growing effective, established individual giving programs. This person is responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating an organization-wide comprehensive donor relations and stewardship system that appropriately and consistently promotes cultivation, recognition and stewardship of individual donors at all levels and provide the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program.
FULL TIME: Facilities and Maintenance Manager
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the interior and exterior of the RMHC of Greater Charlotte is well maintained, clean, comfortable, safe and orderly on a day-to-day and ongoing basis. This position will work with outside vendors and supervise the contract cleaning services.
PART TIME: Hospitality Cart Specialist
Under the supervision of the Hospital Programs Manager, the Hospitality Cart Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Happy Wheels Hospitality Cart program as assigned. These responsibilities include ensuring the Happy Wheels Hospitality Carts are well-maintained, fully operational, and fully stocked with supplies, and providing accurate Happy Wheels Hospitality Cart statistics. Assists with special events, fundraisers, and day-to-day operations.
PART TIME: Relief Manager
The Relief Manager helps to create a positive and welcoming environment for families and volunteers. During each shift the Relief Manager ensures the house runs smoothly, family needs are met and creates a safe and clean facility for families and volunteers.
Hours: Monday through Sunday as needed

• Must work a minimum of one shift per quarter
